Cresco con Poli App

To ensure the continuity of care services provided, Fondazione Poliambulanza has created the “Cresco con Poli” App which is addressed to the new mothers and aims at assisting the new mothers after having them been discharged. Not only is the application a practical and useful guide, but also a further occasion for the mothers to create a direct relationship with the paediatrician.
