Lombardy Region has always established as fundamental point of its programs the quality of the services provided on the territory and the well-being of the citizen. 
 
For over 10 years it has developed and released   “Guidelines for Customer Satisfaction – Methods and Instruments for the Survey of Satisfaction Degree in Healthcare Structures”, a questionnaire to be given to patients in order to detect and analyze the satisfaction perceived by them. 


The data collected by the Customer Satisfaction questionnaires provides the hospital with useful information, both general and specific, to identify any problems or areas, where improvement is required.  Fondazione Poliambulanza considers patients' opinions to be very important, in order to define integrated improvement programs.
