Whistleblowing is the institution that protects the employee who reports illegal conducts, situations of danger or risks which could cause damage to third parties, in carrying out their duties within the organization to which they belong. The "whistleblower" is therefore a person who decides to report an offense, fraud or danger that he/she has detected during work activity.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, in order to guarantee transparency and the possibility for all subjects authorized by the law to freely report alleged offenses of which they become aware while carrying out their work, Poliambulanza makes various internal reporting channels available to potential whistleblowers:
